  1. hollaaaaaaa back to here again after for more two weeks not writing anything....lol actually sih jalan2nya en makan2nya udah banyak bangettt cuma gak sempet corat coret ajahhh sooooo kali ini I want to share about my little culinary escape when I'm transit in Xiamen... Kalo kalian punya bawaan yang gak ktolong bykny, bisa dititipin di bandara nya Xiamen kokkk...ada di lantai bawah, satu lantai sama kedatangan domestic...cari2 ajah pasti ketemu....untuk nitip bawaan, kalian kudu bayar 40RMB yaaa nahhhh abis titipin brg kalian bias naik airport shuttle nya....airport shuttle ini ada byk bgt terserah kalian mau naik yg mana tergantung tujuanny....berhubung saya mau ke 步行街 buxingjie nya Xiamen yang bernama Nanjing lu 南京路 jdi saya naik shuttle yang ke arah sana dehhh ^__^ ohhh untuk shuttle ini cukup murah kokk cuma 10RMB ajah shuttle ini dtg stiap 10-20 mnit sx....bgtu shuttle dtg, kalian ckp tunjukkin tiket, naik, trs duduk manis sampe halte plg akhir dehh....gampang kan?hehehehe abis itu langsungan deh berburu kuliner di Xiamen...krn Xiamen ini dkt laut jdi street foodny bykkan seafood2an gtu dehhh bener2 surga bgt pokoknya 沙茶面 shachamian salah satu mkanan wajib yg kudu dicoba kalo ke Xiamen yaaa...isianny tergantung qta mauny apaan...ini pke udang, bakso, tahu hrgny 17RMB...hrgny tergantung isian yg mau dipake salah satu kota di china yang ada KOI I really love it!!krn gk smua kota di china ada KOI...jdi klo transit ksini trs jln2 pasti bakalan beli KOI kerangny menggoda banget kan???dipanggang pke bumbu khas china yang bias any pasti ada bawang putihnya dan sisanya tergantung para laoban....tp bener2 enak bangettttt >,< mayan mahal sihhh tpi cukup worth it lahhh... 15RMB/3biji yang ini Xiao longbao ala Fujian....Xiao longbao ny beda sama yg qta liat di indo kan?krn Xiao longbao yg dijual di indo itu xiaolongbao ala shanghai yg dlmny ada kuah...klo Fujian punya itu dlmny gak ada kuah...tapi ttp enak kokk so this is my little culinary in Xiamen
  2. Assalamualaikum Wr. WB. K.H Ahmad Dahlan (Banteng) No 56 Bandung. 5. Hari 1 Nongkrong di Skye + Makan di Altitude Kemaren baru sempet jalan lagi setelah sekian lama ga jalan-jalan nih. Pas banget kebeneran mau ke Bogor jadi jalan dulu ke Jakarta deh. TS pergi dari rumah sekitar jam 5 sore, soalnya banyak urusan dulu padahal tadinya mau ke grand indo dari siangg, Cuma mau liat-liat aja. Ya maklum orang kampong. Keluar Cikarang macet banget sampe Bekasi Baratnya. Harusnya gw kesini sama bule gw biar kaya meja sebelah disamperin terus sama pelayannya. Minuman andalan SKYE adalah Forget Me Not pokonya yang warnanya biru-biru gitu, rasanya ? asem asem meleleh, ente bisa bikin sendiri ko di rumah. Cuma kalo buat TS sih yah , ke SKYE itu bukan buat makan-makan teuing, TS Cuma mau beli suasana doang ko disitu. Tapi ya berhubung kali ini suasana nya ga oke yaudah deh TS cabut. Kita cabut tanpa billing loh , orang ga pesen apa-apa juga. forget me not yang katanya luar biasa. Rekomendasi : Semua orang pengen ke SKYE Cuma buat nongkrong doang, jadi ente jangan mengharapkan pelayanan yang luar biasa kaya makan di restaurant berbintang. Jangan sok melo dramatic kalo ente ga dilayani dengan baik disini, semua orang yang kesini Cuma mau lihat pemandangan dari lantai 56, setelah itu ya balik ke habitat makan di warteg Kalo kata temen TS yang pernah makan disini sama bule tajir sih, biasanya kalo orang local mau makan di restonya ada charge minimum, tapi temen TS yang dateng sama bule tajirnya ga ada charge minimum tuh, walaupun kata dia sih dia emang reservasi dulu. Nih alamat SKYE : Address: Jl. MH Thamrin No. 1 Menara BCA Lantai 56 Gondangdia Menteng Jakarta Pusat DKI Jakarta Phone:(021) 23586996------------ > ini yang resmi, tapi kadang-kadang suka susah dihubungi.
  6. Feeling hot and exhaust after travel around somewhere in the city, may you decide to take “cold food†– ice creams, juices, cold soda?? Today we recommend you to try Rujak in Solo or Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. The most popular Rujak stall at here is Kodrat Ilahi, located on Lawer St, Kalitan. Mrs. Azizah, the owner gave the name after she visited a Masjid in Aceh, Sumatera. Started the business without the name then became popular at the time, suddenly bad rumour made her business almost collapse. Big hope using Kodrat Ilahi (Kodrat means God’s will ; Ilahi means Allah, God) she can get the costumer trust and she did! You will see a stall with three long tables inside, not fancy stall but comfort enough to enjoy a delic snack for only Rp 5500 (50+ cents US!). Thomas Stamford Raffles said this about rujak in his 1830 book The History of Java: â€Rujak is prepared from unripe mangoes and other fruits, which, being grated, receive the addition of capsicum and other spices and thus constitutes a favorite dish with the natives, though disagreeable to Europeans.†It is a classic Indonesian mixed tropical fruits, palm sugar, tamarind juice, peanut and chilli. Giving a spicy, sweet sour taste and crunchy texture at anytime we consider it as a snack. There are many types of rujak in Indonesia, rujak cingur, rujak soto, rujak bebek, rujak gobet, rujak juhi, rujak kuah pindang, rujak bubur, rujak uleg, rujak bulung. Normally in Solo they grate the unripe fruits and sometimes grate orange sweet potatoes. Then they start to ground palm sugar, chilli, fried peanut on the big stone mortar. Blend well ended with pouring tamarind juice. Here the process of making Rujak.. Grind roasted peanut, chilli and palm sugar Grate some fruits example cucumber, pineapple so on Mix well both fruits and the paste Finish and serve with ice on top -- Easy! How to get there? If you stay around Manahan area, the place where the Manahan Stadium or sport venues took place, better take a rickshaw to guide you and pay start from Rp 5000 (50 cents US). Have shopping at Solo Paragon Mall? the stall just behind the mall, take a walk around 5 minutes. Welcome to Solo & try this cuisine See you soon ^^
